• Clips & Media: Uploaded workout clips are stored privately. Derived assets (e.g., thumbnails or overlays) may use signed URLs to allow playback in your account.

• Provide AI-powered feedback on your workouts.
• Improve accuracy, safety, and reliability of our services.
• Communicate with you regarding your account, product updates, and support.

3. Privacy & Security

- All raw videos are private to you and cannot be accessed by other users. - Access is enforced with Supabase Row-Level Security (RLS). - Derived thumbnails may be public or shared with signed links to enable playback, but never expose your private videos without consent. - Guests can try the service anonymously; your clips are still private to your guest account.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your data. We only share limited information with trusted service providers (e.g., Supabase for storage, OpenAI for AI analysis) strictly to provide FlexD Connect’s core features.

5. Data Retention

Workout clips are stored for up to 3 months unless you delete them earlier. Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.
