Welcome to FlexD Connect. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any activity under your account.
• We may require email verification before granting full access.

2. Content & Privacy

• You retain ownership of clips you upload. By uploading, you grant FlexD a limited license to process your content to provide features like analysis and thumbnails.
• Your clips are private to your account by default unless you explicitly share them in future features.
• We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy (if applicable).

3. Safety & Coaching

FlexD provides AI-assisted coaching cues for educational purposes only. We do not provide medical or physiotherapy advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making training decisions. Use proper safety equipment and spotters.

4. Acceptable Use

• No illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
• No harassment or abuse of others.
• No attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.

5. Service Changes

We may modify or discontinue features with or without notice. We’ll strive to keep you informed of material changes.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account or clips at any time from within the app (where available).

7. Disclaimer & Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlexD is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
